Valves

Enables the control, regulation, and isolation of fluid flows. The choice of valve type depends on factors such as the nature of the fluid, desired flow control, pressure requirements, and system design. We offer a wide variety of valves parts to cater your requirement and needs. Automatic moulding line, resin sand, green sand, shell casting, pre-coated sand are all used in the production process.

BALL VALVE

Controls flow by rotating a ball with a hole inside the valve body. When the hole aligns with the pipe, flow occurs; when the ball is turned 90 degrees, flow is shut off.

Common Use: On/off control for various fluids, both in high-pressure and low-pressure systems.

GATE VALVE

Controls flow using a gate-like disc that moves up or down perpendicular to the flow path. It provides a tight seal when fully closed.

Common Use: Used for on/off isolation and where low pressure drop and tight shutoff are required.

BUTTERFLY VALVE

Controls flow using a disc that pivots on a central axis. The disc can be turned to allow or block flow.

Common Use: Used for quick, on/off control in large-diameter pipes, often where lower pressure drop is acceptable.

PLUG VALVE

Controls flow by rotating a cylindrical or conical plug with a passage through it. Flow is allowed when the passage aligns with the pipe.

Common Use: Suitable for applications requiring frequent operation and minimal pressure drop.

CHECK VALVE

Allow fluid to flow in one direction while preventing reverse flow, ensuring system efficiency and preventing damage.

Common Use: It prevents backflow, mitigates water hammer, maintains proper flow direction, and protects equipment.

GLOBE VALVE

Controls flow by moving a disc up or down perpendicular to the flow path. Offers precise flow control and throttling.

Common Use: Used for regulating flow and controlling pressure in various
